With the launch of a new tech platform from Cloudflare, we see a new software space rising: protection for your intellectual property from the thieving bots of Big AI.
This business/technology model over time can extend into an exchange… where anyone’s IP can be sold to dozens, hundreds, thousands of buyers.
Then it becomes more than security software.
It becomes a marketplace.
This is what a digital business model does best. It takes an old economic model where one seller sells to one buyer… using phone calls and term sheets and lawyers and redlines… and employs tech, to kick up a many-to-many model.
This should remind adtech professionals of the LiveRamp Data Store, and the new wave of clean rooms like Infosum.
